I recently contracted with Panda for roofing improvements. This included the installation of a solar attic fan and a ridge vent along 20 feet of a gable roof. Juan came out and gave me a quote and did an excellent job of going over the needed work. Corey was timely and courteous regarding scheduling. As to the work itself, it was done by Luis and Lucho. Truly, they are both outstanding. I was able to observe much of the work being done, and it was textbook craftsmanship. Careful, thorough, detailed, and skilled. They also did a great job of cleaning up the work area. I was very, very impressed with both Luis and Lucho. Thanks so much.

Panda has been nothing but phenomenal. This is the 2nd roof they have done for me. The crew is wonderful and even worked through the rain. A big shout out to Corey though! He has been wonderful through the whole process and explained everything to me and would get back to me in timely fashion and answered any of my questions. We had Panda redue all of our siding with hardiplanks. The crew was very professional and communicated throughout the whole project. I dealt with Corey who literally corrected and did everything I respectfully asked for and much more. I had an excellent experience with Panda Contractors with a new metal roof after the October 2024 tornado. Juan gave an excellent presentation with photos & exact specifications of the work to be done. The price was competitive and during the process the communication with Cory in the office and Kiki the project manager was excellent. I highly recommend Panda Contractors.

Juan from Panda came to my home and quoted me what I thought was a fair price for a new roof for my house and stand alone garage. I got 5 bids from contractors. Panda came in middle of the pack. But only slightly higher than the second lowest bidder. I based my decision on past experience with Panda contracting. It did take a couple of weeks for the work crew to get to our job. The crew showed up at around 7:15 am . They stripped the old materials replaced them with new materials, older home had no ridge vent, they installed that as well for ventilation of heat build up. Everything was completed to FL hurricane codes. They also even re nailed the existing deck with ring nails to bring it up to code as well. Everything was completed by 6:30pm. Customer service rep Corey came to my house the following morning for final payment and re rolled the lawn area with a sweeper magnet to check for any nails that escaped the first sweep on installation day. Our experience with Panda was great 👍.

We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Panda Construction. From the start with an estimate to the completion of our new roof we had excellent communication with Panda. Choose Panda to install the most wonderful walkin shower in my Palm Bay home. They were wonderful to deal with. The technition was excellent in skills and a great person. Always courteous and thoughtful from start to finish. Prompt with when he said he would here. Had a few glitches and they bent over backwatds rectifying them.
